CONIES
UCN and Universidad Azteca established a new association with partner universities in Managua in March 2012: CONIES Confederación Internacional de Estudios Superiores.
At the event UCN Rector Magnificus Ing. MSc. Gilberto Cuadra Solorzano awarded Professor Gerhard Berchtold for his achievements in development of quality and modernisation of distance education with the UCN "Placa de Reconocimiento".
Dean of European Programmes Gerhard Berchtold is a signatory founding member of CONIES, celebrated in Managua, Nicaragua, in March 2012.

European Association for International Education
The EAIE is the European centre for expertise, networking and resources in the internationalisation of higher education. EAIE is a non-profit, member-led organisation serving individuals actively involved in the internationalisation of their institutions.
CEEMAN is an international management development association established in 1993 with the aim of accelerating the growth in quality of management development in central and eastern Europe. Now it is a global network of management development institutions interested in quality of education and innovations in this field, as well as in the broad area of subjects related to change, with more than 210 institutional and individual members from over 50 countries in Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.

Institute of Administrative Management IAM
